Ahh SFA, one of those bands that you never quite know what to expect when you go to watch them. As I’ve pretty much liked the band ever since they released the major debut Fuzzy Logic, I have grown up with them and watched them evolve from the young fresh faced happy go lucky Brit pop pioneers that they started out as, to these five middle aged men, who three of which have more hair between them than an entire army of Ewoks and two with less hair than Harry Hill.

There’s clearly some strange 1980s time cock-up going on at the moment. The fashion keeps popping up on youths and celebrities whilst music keeps turning 80s out of nowhere. Something’s wrong. Doctor Who needs to be informed. There were a few plus points to the 80s, like level 42, but they never really went away. They just hid until the decade got less embarrassing. They’re back now. Can no-one stop the unrelenting return of the 80s? It happened! It’s over! They ended for a reason! The 90s, for a start. The neon, the leggings, flocks of seagulls, oh lordy! It’s like a flu you thought you’d recovered from but find it’s mutated and is itching the back of your throat again. Still, not everything was awful. Ultravox for a start. They were ok.
